Savannah McGill is an multi award-winning visual artist whose work has been selected to be included in an exhibit at the Milwaukee Art Museum as a part of the 2018 Scholastic Art Awards. She received the same award given to Andy Warhol in 1945. As a multi-medium visual artist she works in oils, acrylics, charcoal, and digital art. Her art has been enjoyed by millions of people on social media, and she has contributed as a creative design adviser on projects at McGill Media.

Recipient of two “Gold Key” Art Awards, and one “Silver Key” Award, the Scholastic Art Awards program “acknowledges excellence in the visual arts and encourages artistic endeavor.” Her art will be in competition later this year at the national level in New York. Savannah’s recent recognition is presented by the Heller Foundation and Mary Ellen Heller in memory of Avis Heller, and the Milwaukee Arts Board.

Savannah is a life-long student of art. She has attended a summer internship day-audit at an Electronic Arts subsidiary, where she had an opportunity to learn about creative workflow, teams, and interact with the lead conceptual artist. Savannah has been taking art instruction for over eight years at a variety of art programs in Los Angeles, Ojai, Palm Springs, Austin, and Wisconsin.
